Yurdaguel Zopf targeting Microbiota 2018Prof. Yurdagül Zopf from University ofErlangen-Nuremberg, Germany  will give a strategic presentation during the 6th World Congress on Targeting Microbiota 2018 about "Recent advances on gut microbiota and food intolerances" during the congress.

Summary of presentation: "In recent years, the prevalence of food intolerances has increased. In addition to genetic and environmental factors, there is increasing evidence that the intestinal microbiome is altered in these patients. This may be the result of intestinal inflammation or the cause of intolerance. In the lecture of Prof. Zopf the current scientific data and hints on the influence of the microbiome on food intolerances are discussed."
